Hours of Operation:
Detectives are available in the office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am - 12am (midnight). After normal business hours, a detective is on-call 24 / 7 (including holidays).

About:
The Criminal Investigations Division (CID) is an integral part of the Slidell Police Deparment.  CID currently consists of 12 detectives who investigate all aspects of crime, some of which include: homicide, robbery, burglary, sex crimes, fraud, juvenile, white collar, narcotics, and theft.  CID also has a Crime Scene Unit, which consists of 2 detectives and 2 non-commissioned crime scene technicians.

Found Property:
Any found property, property kept for safekeeping, or evidence may be tracked or retrieved (when approved or possible) with proper orders / documentation and identification through:
