Olde Towne Alive with food, art, entertainment and more
Live entertainment, great food and drinks, art displays and more await you in Slidell’s historic old town district when the Olde Towne Alive block party kicks off the spring season on Friday, March 12 from 6 to 9 p.m. Admission is free. “Olde Towne Alive is a vibrant block party featuring the best food, art and entertainment Slidell has to offer,” said Catherine Olivier, the city’s Main Street Manager and the event’s coordinator. “We invite everyone to come out to Olde Towne with your friends, family and co-workers and enjoy a fun, family friendly evening.”
Slidell Saints Celebration in Olde Towne: Show Off Your Inner Fan!!
The City of Slidell wants Saints fans to come out to proudly celebrate our team and show off your inner fan on Friday, November 6 at the Olde Towne Alive event from 5:30pm to 9:00pm. Come dressed in your favorite team gear or maybe bring your decked out lawn chairs, coolers, bikes, hats — or whatever it is that represents how you express your support of the New Orleans Saints in your life.

• Olde Towne Alive Block Parties to Resume in August
There is no Olde Towne Alive block party scheduled for either June or July. The popular event will resume in August. According to Catherine Olivier, the city's Main Street Manager and the event's coordinator, “Olde Towne Alive will still feature the best food, art and entertainment Slidell has to offer. However, we are making some changes to the event so that it will be bigger and better than before.”
