Your first step for utility service is with the City of Slidell. We need one working day notice. The service fee is $60.00. Copy of picture ID is also required. Your permit is then faxed to Cleco or LA Gas in order to establish service with them.

Applications are available at the City of Slidell Finance Building, 2045 Second Street, Suite 214, Slidell, LA 70458. For your convenience, you may print out the appropriate application below (residential or commercial) and submit to this address by mail or in person. Please remember to include a copy of your photo identification, and your service fee.
